KRUCIOS is a licensed investment dealer incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius pursuant to Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005, Rule 4 of the Securities (Licensing) Rules and the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules 2008. The Investment Dealer Licence, issued by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, permits KRUCIOS to act as a principal for its own account with the intention of buying and selling securities to/from its clients and to act as an intermediary in the execution of securities transactions on behalf of/for its clients as defined in Section 29 1 (a) and 1 (b) of the Securities Act 2005 and as amended from time to time and Section 4 (1) (a) (i) of the Securities Licencing Rules 2007.
KRUCIOS is also entitled to advise its clients on Securities Transaction and manage portfolios of its clients. Products offered by KRUCIOS are Contract for Differences (CFDs) in derivatives such as equities, stocks, bonds, indices, commodities, future, options and currencies.
The products offered meet the definition of Securities as per Section 2 of the Securities Act 2005.
